When you're ready to commit to the bid, you've already done the homework - and you can share a flattened PDF with your markups so everyone's looking at the same thing.
If the project becomes real, Verso Plans goes further: a priced worksheet with rates and margin builds a quick estimate, and an Excel export gives you the breakdown. But the core job is the early review - read the plans, write your thinking down, get the numbers you need to make the call.
