Your orders, not an average customer

Import the export you already have from Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or your ERP. Previo Network maps the columns for you and cleans what exports get wrong: ZIP+4 codes, ZIPs that lost their leading zero in Excel, blank, foreign and military addresses, duplicate orders. Every fixed or dropped row is counted in a cleanup report, so you know exactly what the numbers stand on.

Import your own UPS, FedEx and USPS rate cards and set your discount, residential and fuel surcharges. Every order is priced on its billable weight, the larger of scale weight and box size, the way carriers bill it. See cost per order, shipping a year and cost by carrier for any network.

Find the best sites

The optimizer tries every U.S. ZIP area as a warehouse site and returns the best 1, 2, 3 and 4 locations, keeping your current warehouses or starting from scratch. Add the yearly cost of a site and it shows where one more warehouse stops paying. One and two sites are solved exactly; more sites by a proven swap search.

Compare scenarios, count the inventory

Keep Today and any number of what-if networks side by side: delivery speed, cost per order, shipping, warehouse cost, and the extra safety stock that more warehouses need. Every value shows its change against Today, and each scenario gets a plain verdict: saves or costs so much a year, delivers so much faster.

Present it, hand it over

Press F5 for full-screen slides in the meeting room. Export a PDF report with the maps, the comparison and every assumption, and an Excel workbook with every number down to the ZIP area. Save the study as one file and reopen it, or email it, with the same numbers.
