Built on public data, calculated in the open
Every number comes from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Census Bureau and the Federal Reserve: nonresidential building and trade-contractor price indexes, material prices, construction employment and wages, construction spending by sector, rates and construction lending. Nothing is invented and no number is written by an AI. Each figure clicks through to its source series, its data date and its calculation.
Project-specific, not generic
Choose the building type and the model weights the trade indexes the way the project spends its money: an MEP-heavy hospital reads differently from a shell-and-core warehouse. Adjust the trade mix per project, set the budget, planned start and duration, and compare building as planned against waiting six, twelve or twenty-four months, with market condition, forecast risk and financing at each date.
