Previo Carrier answers one question for one Florida county at a time: what is happening to property insurance here, and where is it heading?
It reads four public publishers into a local store with one button: Citizens Property Insurance Corporation's monthly county reports, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation's stability reports and market data, and FEMA's flood take-up and claims. No account, no key, nothing leaves the machine.
The county on six figures
Citizens policies and their change in a year. The average homeowners premium with wind and the county's rank among the 67. Cancellations and non-renewals for hurricane risk. Homes with federal flood cover. The twelve-month outlook with the band of the model's own back-test. Each tile names its publisher and date, so a board can question any of them and find the source underneath.
Honest about the public data
The Market page names the reporting carriers and says plainly what the public files leave out: carriers that file as trade secret are absent from the data, not from the county. Shares are shown as shares of the reporting carriers, never of the county, and the year-by-year table shows those carriers leaving the public files instead of smoothing over it.
Made for the meeting
The county one-pager PDF, the Excel workbook with every number, and the full-screen meeting deck (F5) are computed from the same summary as the dashboard, so they cannot disagree with it. Your company goes on the header.
